Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support children with diverse needs across homes, centers, and community settings. You’ll use play-based strategies to build communication, social, and life skills while following clinician-designed plans and celebrating small wins that lead to growth.

No prior experience required—CSD provides comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a clear career pathway in a supportive, college-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability, especially Mon-Fri afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella) per policy.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
