Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills using play and evidence-based strategies. The role may involve sessions at a child’s home, at a center, or community settings, with ongoing training and clear growth paths.

You’ll follow personalized plans from clinical leaders, bring energy and empathy to every session, and thrive in a flexible, school-year aligned schedule with paid training and career progression.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• As a Behavior Specialist, use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session at home, a center, or in the community.
