Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Behavior Specialist to help children build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based methods—at home, in centers, or in the community.

You don’t need prior experience; we provide paid training, a clear growth path, and flexible schedules plus tuition reimbursement to support your education. This onsite role features a Monday–Friday focus with some Saturday coverage.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• Flexible availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings plus Saturdays.
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities
