Job summary

The Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is hiring a Behavior Specialist to help kids build communication, social, and life skills through play and evidence-based strategies. You’ll support sessions at homes, centers, or in the community, following plans from clinical leaders and celebrating small wins that drive growth.

No prior experience is required; a comprehensive paid training program and ongoing coaching will help you develop a clear career path within a values-driven, supportive team

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; keep pace with your client.
