Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) seeks a Behavior Specialist to support children in homes, centers, and community settings. You will use play, evidence-based strategies, and compassionate energy to build communication, social, and life skills.

No prior experience required; we provide paid training, clear growth pathways, and tuition reimbursement. This role offers a weekday schedule with some afternoon/evening slots and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; keep pace with your client.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Bring energy and compassion to each session—home, centers, or in the community.
• Follow personalized plans designed by our clinical leaders during training and on-the-go work environments.
