Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support children with diverse learning and behavioral needs in homes, centers, and communities. You’ll use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills with energy and compassion.

No prior experience is required; we’ll train you and support you every step of the way. The role offers a flexible, on-the-go schedule, plus paid training and a clear growth path within CSD.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible availability (Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings + Saturdays).
• Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella).
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Willingness to complete training and documentation.
• Ability to frequently sit and stand; pace with client.

Responsibilities

• Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help kids build communication, social, and life skills.
• Deliver sessions at a child’s home, center, or in the community with energy and compassion.
• Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders and celebrate small wins that lead to big growth.
• Thrive in a flexible, on-the-go role where no two days look the same.
• Training is provided and prior experience is not required.
