Job summary

Crystal Springs Inc. is seeking a Coordinator of Behavior Services – Adult Services to oversee individualized BSPs across day habilitation, residential, and behavioral services.

You will train staff, supervise Behavior Specialists, and drive data-informed improvements while ensuring compliance with CARF, MassHealth, DDS, and related standards. You will conduct FBAs, functional analyses, and use ABC data and incident reports to guide interventions and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior support plans (BSPs).
• Experience conducting FBAs/functional analyses and using data to inform interventions.
• Proven ability to train staff, supervise therapists, and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BSP design, implementation, and monitoring.
• Lead functional assessments and data-driven intervention planning.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting of behavioral outcomes.
