Job summary

ABA Support Services is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician/ Direct Therapist to organize data collection, assist with behavior assessments, and support program implementation. The role involves duties of a lead therapist in their absence and coordinating with staff and parents across multiple settings.

The position requires prior experience with Autism, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year clinical/home/school experience providing direct services to children with Autism.
• Willing to learn about an early learning curriculum and the application of behavioral principles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data based on observable client behavior.
• Assist lead therapist in maintaining up-to-date graphs, summaries and data.
• Write progress notes, program updates, and create session materials.
• Provide direct client care following prescribed behavioral protocols.
