Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience with students who struggle behaviorally preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out instructional activities and tutor students in academics/skills.
• Implement specialized behavior programs in collaboration with teachers.
• Foster independence and assist with personal care, mobility, and field trips.
• Collect, record, and analyze student data and progress reports.
• Participate in coordination meetings with teachers, admins, and families.
• Facilitate multi-modal communication systems and adapted materials.
• Follow district policies with integrity and professionalism.
