• One or more years of experience in a school or similar setting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of psychology, mental health, or related disciplines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction and assist students in classroom settings per IEP.
• Adapt materials and environment to support academic access at grade level.
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to plan instruction and interventions.
• Follow district policies, instructional techniques, and behavior plans.
• Monitor and collect data on IEP goals to inform progress and decisions.
• Assist in supervision and classroom setup as needed.
