Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists to support children with autism in home and clinic environments. No ABA experience needed as paid training is provided.

Work 1:1 with children, help develop communication and daily living skills, with travel to client locations as needed. This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, and early evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of the following requirements.
• At least one completed college course, or currently enrolled in college, or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Pay & Schedule

• $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
• Part-time role

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
