Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for in-home and clinic-based support. No ABA experience required as paid training is provided. You will help children with autism build communication, social, and daily living skills using ABA methods.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel to client locations (20–40 mi radius).
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred).
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical requirements: active with standing, kneeling, running, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Description & Requirements

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $19.25 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
