Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus at least one completed college course or current college enrollment.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is acceptable.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.
• Willingness to travel 20–40 miles to client locations.
• Passion for working with children; bilingual is a plus; experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
