Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in both home and clinic settings. No ABA experience needed; paid training is provided. Expect a part-time schedule with pay ranging from $19.25 to $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA sessions, helping children develop communication and daily living skills, and traveling to client locations within a 20–40 mile radius. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel 20–40 miles to client locations.

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $19.25 to $23.00 per hour

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
