Job summary

Intercare Therapy seeks Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and clinic settings using ABA. Training is provided, and you will travel to client locations to deliver services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of: college coursework, currently enrolled, or an associate/bachelor's degree.
• Reliable transportation with valid license, registration, and insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel (20–40 miles radius).
• Passion for working with children; experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical activity: standing, kneeling, running, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging and supportive environment for each child.

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $19.25 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
