Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and clinic settings using ABA. No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided.

You will build communication and daily living skills, travel to client locations within a 20–40 mile radius, and work with families and supervisors to ensure steady progress while maintaining a safe, engaging environment. Part-time schedule offers mornings, afternoons, and early evenings with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college enrollment preferred.
• Reliable transportation with a valid license and insurance.
• Willingness to travel locally (20–40 miles radius) to client locations.
• Experience with children is preferred; ABA experience not required as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA-based intervention with children in home and clinic settings.
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and community locations to deliver services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to track progress.

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $19.00 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma required, with a preference if you are currently enrolled in college, have attended or have already graduated from college
  
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
  Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
