Job summary

Intercare Therapy in California is hiring Behavior Technicians for in-home and clinic-based roles. The pay is $20.25-$23.00 per hour for a part-time schedule with afternoons and early evenings available.

No ABA experience needed, paid training is provided, and you will work 1:1 with children using ABA after training. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least one college course or enrollment, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, travel within a 20-40 mile radius,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of: college course completed, currently enrolled in college, or an associate’s/bachelor’s degree.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance.
• Comfortable with 20–40 miles travel to client locations.
• Passion for working with children; experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, run, and lift up to 50 lbs while engaging with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home or clinic using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment for each child.
