Job summary

Intercare Therapy in California is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism using ABA in home and clinic settings. No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided.

This part-time role offers mornings, afternoons, and early evenings with flexible scheduling. You will travel locally (20–40 miles) to client locations, work 1:1 with children, and collaborate with families and supervisors to ensure steady progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of: college coursework, currently enrolled in college, or an associate's/bachelor's degree.
• Reliable transportation with valid license, registration & insurance.
• Willingness to travel locally (20–40 miles radius).
• Passion for working with children; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to engage children physically and safely up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

• $19.25 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
