Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians for in-home and clinic-based ABA support in California. This part-time role offers paid training and a flexible schedule across mornings, afternoons, and early evenings. No ABA experience is required; we provide paid training and supervision to help you grow.

Formación

• High School Diploma required, plus at least one college course.
• College enrollment or an associate/bachelor degree acceptable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel 20–40 miles to client locations.

Pay & Schedule

• $20.25 to $26.00 per hour
• Part-time role

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma + one of the following:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
