Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Beverly Hills, CA is hiring Behavior Technicians for in-home and clinic-based support for children with autism. No ABA experience is required; paid training is provided and you’ll work 1:1 to help develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with afternoon and early evening shifts, travel within a 20–40 mile radius, and ongoing supervision to help you succeed while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher with college coursework or enrollment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with local travel to client locations (20–40 mi radius) and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.

Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule

$20.25-$23.00 per hour

Part-time role

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following:
• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20-40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
