Qualifications

• Identifies habilitative, behavioral and psychiatric needs of people we support through assessments.
• Conducts behavioral/habilitative assessments including FBAs, questionnaires and observations.
• Develops individualized habilitative/behavior support plans per OPWDD guidelines.
• Follows consent processes and approvals for interventions.

Responsibilities

• Establishes baselines and data collection systems to monitor progress.
• Directs day-to-day data collection by program staff and reviews monthly data.
• Ensures timely modifications to plans based on regular monitoring.
• Trains direct care staff on behavior management and documentation techniques.
• Oversees clinical duties of staff and provides feedback to leadership.
