Job summary

Easterseals NH is seeking a Behavior Specialist to develop comprehensive behavioral interventions and training plans using non-aversive approaches. The role includes program oversight, policy development, and ensuring compliance with state and licensing requirements.

Qualified candidates have a Master’s in ABA or Psychology (or substitutions), and at least two years of relevant experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology required, or equivalent substitutions.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with people who have developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee behavioral interventions and training plans.
• Provide training to direct support and management staff on behavioral supports and incident reporting.
• Document target behaviors and summarize monthly reports.
• Develop data collection and tracking systems for staff, providers and families.
• Attend physician/psychiatric appointments and clinical meetings.
• Process billing materials and respond to proposals based on program needs.
