Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or Psychology, or equivalent substituted qualifications.
• Minimum two years’ experience with people with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on non-aversive behavior supports to staff.
• Develop comprehensive behavioral interventions and training plans.
• Record and summarize target behaviors monthly.
• Attend clinical and physician/psychiatric appointments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and licensing requirements.
