Job summary

Chimes is a not-for-profit organization helping individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges. We seek a skilled professional to assist in developing FBA and BIP, monitor documentation, and support staff in implementing behavioral interventions.

The role requires knowledge of ABA, strong data skills, and effective communication. This on-site position offers hourly compensation and contributes to a holistic program for students transitioning to adult services.

Qualifications

• Understanding of ABA methods used to address behavioral challenges, including autism.
• Strong data tracking, record management, and reporting.
• Able to provide and receive feedback professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of FBA and BIP with input from IEP team members.
• Collect and monitor documentation on behavioral incidents, interventions, and BIPs.
• Assist in behavioral training of classroom staff and transportation personnel.
• Monitor use of behavioral intervention strategies and provide ongoing support.
