Job summary

The Chimes School in Baltimore is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a full-time basis. The role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 per year and a $500 sign-on bonus, plus CEU investment support.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, mentor staff, analyze data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote ethical, person-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience in ABA and/or IDD services preferred.
• Strong clinical communication and collaboration abilities.
• Dedication to ethical practice and meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities
