Chimes is seeking an experienced Behavior Analyst to support students with autism and related challenges in classrooms. You will coach teachers, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress to drive student success.

The role requires BCBA experience or equivalent. You'll collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to ensure effective behavior support plans and compliant documentation.

Competenze

• Experience in crisis management with de-escalation.
• Working knowledge of ABA and IEP processes.
• Familiarity with special education regulations.
• Strong data tracking and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Support students across age groups with patience and a strengths-based approach.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and analyses and present findings to IEP teams.
• Develop behavior intervention plans and monitor effectiveness.
• Coach and train teachers and staff in behavior management.
• Collect and analyze observation data and recommend instruction changes.
• Design ABA-based programs for autism and disabilities.
• Partner with families and schools, attend IEP meetings and conferences.
• Maintain confidential records and reports.
