Job summary

The Chimes School is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time role. We support individuals with IDD and autism, offering built-in administrative time, schedule autonomy, strong clinical support, and competitive benefits.

The successful candidate will hold an active BCBA, have ABA/IDD experience, and contribute to ethical, person-centered care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience in ABA and/or IDD services preferred.
• Strong clinical communication and collaboration abilities.
• Dedication to ethical practice and meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to staff and caregivers.
• Analyze data to inform intervention strategies and outcomes.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Participate in collaboration with a multidisciplinary support team.
• Promote a person-centered, ethical, growth-minded environment.
