Job summary

The Chimes School is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time role. We support individuals with IDD and autism, offering built-in administrative time, schedule autonomy, strong clinical support, and competitive benefits.

The successful candidate will hold an active BCBA, have ABA/IDD experience, and contribute to ethical, person-centered care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Experience in ABA and/or IDD services preferred.
• Strong clinical communication and collaboration abilities.
• Dedication to ethical practice and meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities
