Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with significant experience in behavior intervention, instructional coaching, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in education, school counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Spends a minimum of 60% of the workday engaged in job-embedded coaching aligned to MTSS coaching cycle.
• Provides coaching to teachers, administrators, and school teams to strengthen Tier 1 practices.
• Supports implementation of PBIS, restorative practices, and culturally responsive classroom management.
• Analyzes discipline and behavioral data to inform decisions and progress.
• Maintains coaching documentation and progress monitoring data.
