Qualifications

• Experience with student behavior supports preferred.
• Ability to document behavior and progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies.
• Provide individual and small group support to develop positive behavioral skills.
• Monitor and document student behavior and responses to interventions.
• Assist students in developing self-regulation and communication skills.
• Support classroom instruction and help students access curriculum.
• Maintain safety and support behavioral goals during activities.
• Assist with crisis prevention and de-escalation as directed.
• Keep records related to student behavior and interventions.
• Communicate observations to teachers and staff.
• Attend trainings related to behavioral support.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
