Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support identified students in general education classrooms with behavior and academic needs.
• Assist in implementing behavior plans and progress monitoring.
• Use applied behavior teaching, communication, and reinforcement techniques.
• Document progress and communicate with teachers, parents, and administration.
• Follow IEPs and reinforce learning as outlined in plans.
• Assist teachers with strategies tailored to each student.
• Supervise student activities and transitions as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
