Lakeview Center is seeking a Behavior Health Technician to support counselors, nurses, and programs across residential, inpatient, day/evening, outpatient, and community settings in Northwest Florida. You will help adults and children engage in activities of daily living, access resources, and participate in treatment plans under supervision.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, CPI training, and background screenings.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Must be able to obtain CPR certification and CPI training.
• Must complete 20 hours of the required CCA training.
• Must pass Human Trafficking training within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Establish a positive helping relationship with persons receiving services.
• Assist persons in activities of daily living and accessing resources.
• Ensure safety and well-being of persons receiving services.
• Implement interventions per the treatment or service plan.
• Monitor and document progress.
