Job summary

Lakeview Center, Inc. in Northwest Florida seeks a Behavior Health Technician to support counselors, nursing staff, and clients across residential, inpatient, day/evening, outpatient, and community programs.

You will help clients with daily living, access resources, and build pro-social relationships while ensuring safety and documenting progress as part of individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
• Must be able to obtain CPR certification.
• Must be able to pass CPI training.
• Must be able to provide integrated mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring services.

Responsibilities

• Assist counselors/therapeutic/nursing staff by providing clinical support.
• Help clients complete activities of daily living and access resources.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of those served.
• Implement interventions per treatment plan and document progress.
