Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Part-time positions with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, participate in training to become an RBT, and access a clear career growth path, including annual raises and a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on floor, and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend supervised trainings and team meetings.
