Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). This role involves 1:1 ABA sessions with children with autism under supervision, with support for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if needed.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
