Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism. Roles include part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering a clear path to RBT certification and ongoing training.

We provide a supportive, growth-focused environment with mentoring, paid training, and opportunities for advancement within PBS. Local travel may be required as part of client sessions to maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
