Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.
• Willingness to obtain RBT credential through training.
• Experience with children with autism is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams for client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
