Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools and community settings. Roles feature flexible scheduling, 1:1 ABA sessions under BCBA supervision, and access to complimentary 40-hour RBT training.

This entry-level and growth-friendly program emphasizes mentoring, annual raises via performance, and a clear pathway from BA to RBT, with travel support if needed and paid time off per state rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and work in home/clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
