Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in home, school, and community settings. Roles offer flexible scheduling, local travel as needed, and on-the-job training to advance toward RBT certification.

Positions are part-time with potential to grow to full-time as caseloads expand, backed by mentoring, holiday pay, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients, stand and assist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Active engagement with clients, floor work and movement as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
