Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools, and communities. Roles offer flexible scheduling and a path to full-time as caseloads grow, plus complimentary RBT training and supervision.

You will work 1:1 under a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Local travel may be required; entry requirements include a high school diploma with opportunities toward RBT

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• All roles are subject to local and state requirements related to licensure, credentialing and certification.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
