Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in home, school, and community settings. Part-time roles with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related bachelor’s degree welcomed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
