Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in home, school or community settings.

Roles are part-time with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with access to complimentary training to become an RBT. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and a clear career growth pathway from Behavior Assistant to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and move between sitting and standing while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
