Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools and communities. Roles include 1:1 sessions, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
