Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician roles to support children with autism under BCBA supervision.

Part-time positions offer growth into full-time work as caseloads expand, with 1:1 ABA sessions and ongoing training. PBS provides a pathway to become an RBT, mentoring and advancement opportunities, flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and a 40-hour RBT training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
