Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus complimentary RBT training and advancement opportunities.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and participate in ongoing training. PBS offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a clear growth pathway.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college degree in psychology, education or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
