Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

PBS provides training to become an RBT and opportunities for advancement, with 40-hour RBT training and travel reimbursement where applicable. Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing plans, data collection, and collaborating with

Qualifications

• High school diploma; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
