Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles, offering a growth path and training to become an RBT.

Part-time positions may expand to full-time as caseloads grow, with local travel as needed and a supportive environment. The team emphasizes mentor-ship, advancement, and a focus on working with children with autism across home, school and community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training

Education

High school diploma

Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field (a plus)
