Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in a part-time role with growth to full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, with paid training to become an RBT and opportunities for advancement. PBS offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a $500 quarterly bonus for those averaging 25 hours/week, holiday pay, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to engage clients during sessions; lift 50lbs
• ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
