Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Part-time roles offer potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with weekly supervision and ongoing training provided.

Roles involve 1:1 ABA with supervision from a BCBA, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. Training to become an RBT is offered, along with benefits and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or higher.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
