Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles on a part-time basis with growth potential as caseloads expand. We offer complimentary RBT training, a clear career growth pathway, and opportunities to advance to an RBT.

The roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism, collecting data, and coordinating with families and clinical teams under BCBA supervision. Flexible scheduling and benefits are highlighted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher education in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and assist with mobility up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
